Welcome to N1Boost! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the N1Boost.com website ("Platform"), including all services provided such as Elo Boosting, Coaching, Account Marketplace, and VIP Subscriptions. By creating an account, purchasing a service, or listing an item for sale, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing N1Boost.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent to use digital gaming services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must strictly cease using the Platform. N1Boost reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES N1Boost operates as a platform connecting gamers with professional players and digital goods.

• Boosting & Coaching: We provide professional gameplay services for games including but not limited to League of Legends, Valorant, Teamfight Tactics, Apex Legends, Marvel Rivals, Call of Duty, and Rematch.

• Marketplace: A peer-to-peer venue where Users can buy and sell game accounts or digital items.

• VIP Membership: A subscription service offering priority access, discounts, and exclusive features.

3. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY To access certain features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. N1Boost is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

• Buyers: You agree to provide accurate information for order processing.

• Sellers/Boosters: You agree to undergo verification processes (ID check) if required by N1Boost administration.

4. MARKETPLACE SPECIFIC TERMS (Buying & Selling)

• Role of N1Boost: For Marketplace transactions, N1Boost acts as an intermediary escrow service to ensure security. We do not own the accounts listed unless specified as "N1Boost Verified Stock."

• Seller Obligations: Sellers warrant that they are the original owners of the account and have the full right to transfer ownership. "Recovering" or "Pulling back" an account after sale is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

• Account Insurance (OrderShield): Buyers are highly encouraged to purchase N1OrderShield. In the event of an account recall by the original owner, N1Boost provides compensation only if OrderShield was active.

• Liability: N1Boost is not responsible for bans resulting from the game developer's policy changes regarding account trading, though we take every precaution to minimize this risk.

5. BOOSTING SERVICES & CODE OF CONDUCT

• Booster Conduct: Boosters are prohibited from using scripts, cheats, or toxic behavior. They must appear offline and use VPN encryption to match the customer's region.

• Customer Conduct: You agree not to log in to your account while a boost is in progress, as this compromises security.

• Rank Guarantee: If a service is not completed as described, N1Boost will refund the remaining uncompleted portion or assign a new booster to finish the order.

6. PAYMENTS, WALLETS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Payment Methods: We accept Stripe, PayPal, Cryptomus (Crypto), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• Virtual Wallet: Refunds or credits may be issued to your N1Boost Wallet. Wallet funds can be used for any service but cannot be withdrawn as cash unless approved by management.

• VIP Subscription: VIP memberships are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly/Yearly). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard; however, partial months are non-refundable.

7. REFUND POLICY Refunds are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy page. In general:

• Orders not yet started are eligible for a full refund.

• Orders in progress are eligible for a partial refund based on progress.

• Marketplace sales are final once full account details are delivered and verified, unless covered by OrderShield.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY N1Boost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Riot Games, Blizzard Entertainment, NetEase, Activision, or any other game developer. All game content, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. N1Boost claims no ownership of virtual goods; we provide a service of time and skill.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Users are prohibited from:

• Attempting to bypass the Platform’s payment system (conducting deals outside N1Boost).

• Using stolen payment methods (Fraud).

• Harassing boosters, sellers, or support staff. Any violation will result in an immediate permanent ban and freezing of Wallet funds.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, N1Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, game accounts, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
