MORE INFO
Each season starts with 8 calibration games. Valve does not allow a party in calibration, and calibration can place an account at most at Oracle VI. Valve has said the first Ranked season ends on 5 November 2026 and the next one starts right after.
For reference: Deadlock Ranked starts at Obscurus (not yet calibrated) and climbs through Initiate, Seeker, Acolyte, Sentinel, Mystic, Ritualist, Emissary, Oracle, Phantom, Ascendant and Eternus. Every rank has six sub-tiers, I to VI.
Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement (section 1.C) does not allow sharing your Steam account or password, and Steam's Online Conduct rules count artificially boosting your matchmaking rank as cheating. A boost goes against those rules, and Valve can act on accounts that break them. Please read Valve's rules and decide for yourself before you order.
Deadlock is a PC game on Steam that Valve still calls early development (access by invite), so Ranked and its rules can change; we update these pages when Valve announces changes.
