N1BOOST REFUND POLICY You are entitled to a full refund to the original payment method for orders not initiated by our team. If an order has been initiated and its progress is being tracked, it is eligible for a credit refund (cash on the spot). The refunded portion is the uncompleted portion of the order (eg 50% complete, 50% refunded). If warranty service has been purchased and your performance is not sufficient to complete your order, We may ask you to either rent additional boosters or convert your order to a pilot order (account). We reserve the right to make requests and share and complete the order. If the customer refuses, He will have to pay $15 per hour for the time spent on the booster invoice. We are very flexible and do our best to be fair to our valued customers and employees. If a customer's refund case is not listed here, the customer can contact our support team for approval on a case-by-case basis. All refunded orders include up to 10% processing fee charged by our payment processor.
