Welcome to N1Boost.com! This Refund Policy outlines the rules for cancellations and refunds at N1Boost.com. Our goal is to be as fair as possible. Unlike many digital service providers who offer "zero refunds," we evaluate requests based on the status of the order and the type of service purchased. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. BOOSTING & COACHING REFUNDS

Refund eligibility depends on the current status of your order:

  • Order Not Started: If a booster has not yet been assigned or the service has not begun, you are eligible for a 100% Refund to your N1Boost Wallet (Store Credit) or a refund to your original payment method (minus payment processor fees, typically 3-5%).

  • Order In Progress: If the service has started but you wish to cancel, you are eligible for a Partial Refund. We will calculate the percentage of the work already completed (e.g., current rank reached) and refund the remaining value to your balance.

  • Order Completed: Once the service has been fully delivered and verified, no refunds are possible.

  • Failed Service: If N1Boost fails to complete a service within the guaranteed timeframe (if specified) or cannot fulfill the order, you are entitled to a full refund of the undelivered portion.

2. MARKETPLACE REFUNDS (Accounts & Items)

Due to the nature of digital goods (Game Accounts), different rules apply:

  • Before Delivery: If you cancel before receiving the account credentials, you get a full refund.

  • After Delivery: Once you have received the login details (Username/Password) and verified the account, the sale is Final. No refunds are issued for "change of mind."

  • Account Issues: If the account details provided are incorrect or invalid upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

  • No Post-Purchase Ban Coverage: Once an account is delivered and the buyer logs in, N1Boost cannot verify future gameplay activity, toxicity, or third-party software usage. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any account bans, suspensions, or restrictions that occur after the delivery is completed.

3. N1ORDERSHIELD GUARANTEE (For Boosting Services)

If you purchased the N1OrderShield premium protection with your boosting order, the following refund rules apply STRICTLY during the active service period:

  • Active Order Ban Compensation: If your account is restricted or banned WHILE the booster is actively working on your account as a direct result of our service, you are eligible for a 100% Refund of the order value.

  • No Post-Order Ban Refunds: As stated in the OrderShield terms, coverage ends the exact moment the order is marked as completed. N1OrderShield DOES NOT cover or refund any bans, restrictions, or rank decays that happen after the order is finished.

  • Priority Processing: Refund requests and disputes from OrderShield users are escalated directly to Senior Management for faster resolution.

4. REFUND METHODS & WALLET

  • N1Boost Wallet: Refunds to your site wallet are instant and free of fees. This balance can be used for any future purchase.

  • Original Payment Method: Cash refunds (to Card, PayPal, Crypto) may take 3-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency network fees are non-refundable.

5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We encourage users to contact our Support Team to resolve issues. Opening an unauthorized dispute or chargeback with your payment provider will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your N1Boost account and freezing of all wallet funds.
