You are entitled to a full refund to the original payment method for orders not initiated by our team.
If an order has been initiated and its progress is being tracked, it is eligible for a credit refund. The refunded portion is the uncompleted portion of the order (e.g., if 50% is complete, 50% is refunded).
If warranty service has been purchased and your performance is not sufficient to complete your order, we may ask you to either rent additional boosters or convert your order to a pilot order (account). We reserve the right to make requests and complete the order. If the customer refuses, they will have to pay $15 per hour for the time spent by the booster. We are very flexible and do our best to be fair to our valued customers and employees.
If a customer's refund case is not listed here, the customer can contact our support team for approval on a case-by-case basis.
All refunded orders include up to a 10% processing fee charged by our payment processor.
